RETURN & EXCHANGE:--
You received a wrong product.

You received a damaged or defective product.

There is a size or product mismatch.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
🕐 Request must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order.
🔁 What Can Be Exchanged

Only unworn and unwashed products are eligible.

Exchanges are allowed for the same product or any other of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid).

One-time exchange only per order.
❌ What Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Sarees bought on sale/discount or during promotional campaigns.

Customized or fall-pico finished sarees.

Slight irregularities in weaving, print, or color, as these are signs of handmade craftsmanship—not defects.

Our team will verify and approve your request within 48 hours.

Once approved, ship the item back to our warehouse. (Return shipping to be borne by the customer.)

Or issue a credit voucher valid for 6 months

We currently do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns are issued as:
