5. Damaged Products

Every order is quality-checked before shipping.

If a product is damaged during transit, contact us at contact@simmpliethnicc.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.

We will replace the damaged product with a similar item from our stock. Claims after 48 hours cannot be entertained.
6. Missed Delivery

Our logistics partners make three delivery attempts.

Unclaimed orders will be returned to us.

Orders can be re-shipped for an additional ₹250.

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders must be paid online along with extra shipping charges before re-shipment.
