By accessing www.simmpliethnicc.com, you agree to the following terms. We may update these terms at any time, and updates are effective immediately on this site. 1. Online Account

  • To shop or access our services, you need to register using your email and a password of your choice.

  • You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and secure.

  • Any order placed through your account will be considered authorized by you and will be fulfilled accordingly.


2. Terms of Operations

  • simmpli ethnicc reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or refuse services at any time without prior notice.

  • Any pending orders will either be fulfilled or refunded.

  • We are not liable for any damages caused through the use of our website or services.


3. Warranty & Liability

  • While we take pride in the quality of our handloom sarees, simmpli ethnicc is not responsible for damages arising from the use of our products.

  • We accept no liability for delays or failure to meet obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, and designs on www.simmpliethnicc.com are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without explicit permission.

  • Any violation will be subject to legal action under the jurisdiction of Thane Courts.


5. Damaged Products

  • Every order is quality-checked before shipping.

  • If a product is damaged during transit, contact us at contact@simmpliethnicc.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.

  • We will replace the damaged product with a similar item from our stock. Claims after 48 hours cannot be entertained.


6. Missed Delivery

  • Our logistics partners make three delivery attempts.

  • Unclaimed orders will be returned to us.

  • Orders can be re-shipped for an additional ₹250.

  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders must be paid online along with extra shipping charges before re-shipment.
